JECS PheWeb

This website provides genome-wide association study (GWAS) summary statistics from the Japan Environment and Children's Study (JECS). GWAS results for child health traits can be browsed here on the PheWeb platform, and the full summary statistics are publicly available.

JECS is a government-funded nationwide birth cohort study that has enrolled over 100,000 pregnant women at 15 regional centers across Japan since 2011. This release includes GWAS of 1,255 traits in approximately 80,000 children, covering anthropometric measurements, developmental milestones, food allergies, and parental environmental exposures, including chemical contaminants.
